Abstracts & Attachments
An Abstract is required with every myProposals submission. This field is intended to provide a general synopsis of the proposal from which research keywords can be collected to improve data collection and reporting that will in turn promote inter-disciplinary research.
Abstracts
- Click the Add Abstract button
- Select an Abstract Type
- Enter Abstract Details (required field).
Note: Your abstract may be copied and pasted from another document. If your proposal does not have a specific document named ‘abstract’, please enter a proposal summary or some other statement that provides a general overview of the project
- Click the Add button
- Click the Save button
Attachments
- Click the Upload & Add button
- Locate and click on the attachment(s)
Note: Multiple attachments can be selected and added at once, using Shift or Ctrl keys
- Click the Open button
- Select the Type
- Enter a Description (optional – If ‘other’ is selected, please enter an attachment description)
- Click the view/edit rights button to modify access to the document for each person added to this proposal (optional)
Note: By default, all persons added to the proposal have Modify access to attachments
- Repeat these steps to add additional Attachments (optional)
- Click the Save and Continue button to advance to the next screen
