TeamDynamix Governance

The Collaborative Board governs the ITSM service.

Each campus' IT unit supports their university's TeamDynamix application.

• Chicago: Technology Solutions has set up a TeamDynamix Advisory Group to manage the Chicago TDX app.
• Springfield: Information Technology Services (ITS) manages the Springfield TDX app.
• Urbana: Technology Services has sponsored a TeamDynamix Advisory Group to provide direction regarding implementation of TDX for new units or new modules to existing units.
• System Office: Administrative Information Technology Service (AITS) manages the System Office TDX app.

Collaborative Board

The TeamDynamix Collaborative Board is made up of members from UIC, UIS, UIUC, and the Systems Office. The Collaborative Board has regular Product and Business Review meetings with our TDX vendor reps to look at their development roadmap and our collection of enhancement requests.

Global Admins

The Global Admin Committee is comprised of TeamDynamix Global Administrators from each university and is responsible for the operational efficiency of the TeamDynamix system at the University. The GAC focuses on operational and strategic topics as well as managing top level maintenance, security, and configuration of the system. The GAC reports to the Collaborative Board.

Serve as the contact point for high level TDX communications and training questions. They coordinate and facilitate sharing of training and communications resources throughout the University system.

U of I Main Advisory Board

U of I Main Advisory Group is an advisory and administrative coordination group. The Advisory Group serves as a focal point to review service issues and ensures that proposed solutions are reviewed and functionally vetted. It provides guidance to other IT and university organizations within the U of I Main Application.
