New enhancements to the myResearch Portal include:
- Live Banner Data
Live connection to Banner replaces day-old Electronic Data Warehouse (EDW) data. The intent is for dollar amounts to match the FZIGITD screen in Banner
*Note: Cost share data comes from the cost share system and is still day old; Project-level F&A information comes from myProposals
- Dollar Amounts for Individual Funds
Each fund will now contain authorized, expended, encumbered, and balance amounts in addition to fund name, C-FOP, and fund F&A
- Generate Fund Setup Document
Link for each fund will generate the Fund Setup Notice with most current data when clicked
- Visualization for Burn Rate and Cost Share
Graphic will show the ratio of dollars expended to time elapsed and a proper burn rate calculation, with emphasis if burn rate exceeds 100%
- Refined Payroll Data that includes personnel role
Payroll entries will contain the employee's role and dollar amount will be salary only (i.e., will exclude fringe benefits)
To see this new financial section from the search screen, simply click on the project title to navigate to the project landing page, scroll and expand the corresponding accordion. The "View Financial Details" quick-link button on the search tile will be renamed "View Financial Summary" and will now direct users to the old 424 Summary.
