You will now see the “Sponsored Project Detail” section on the Award Detail page, as shown below. This section contains the Attachments associated with the Award document, basic information about the Award, any associated Subawards tied to the grant and links that will allow the user to see all reviews associated with the Award without navigating away from the Award Detail page.
Based on your feedback to streamline data gathering, the Financial Detail (424 Summary) now appears on the Award Detail page. The Financial Detail section is directly below the Sponsored Project Detail section, shown here:
One addition to the Financial Detail section is the contact information for the Post-award responsible person. This information is shown in the summary section of the Financial Detail, highlighted above. Click on the Post Award contact name to send an email to the responsible person for the associated Award, as shown below:
The Proposal Detail section is now available on the Award Detail page. This section contains any associated proposals and their related reviews, F&A information, and attachments all in one section, eliminating the need to navigate away from the Award Detail page. You can also view additional F&A information about the proposal in this section. Click on the “View F&A” link to open an information box as shown below.
